We took a look at some of the things you can do with your own keto meal plans.1.

The kids don’t eat too much.

Keto and Paleo dieters who like to keep a variety of protein sources are likely to keep things simple with this one.

You can opt to get your kids a variety in their meals and snacks.

And they will be eating plenty of vegetables and fruits.

But they’ll still get a few things in their food like nuts and seeds.2.

We know that the kids can be more picky about food and a lot of the time they just don’t like what you’re giving them.

For a toddler or preschooler, it’s probably a good idea to have something in their meal plan that they can easily add to their diet and stick to over and above what you’ve been eating.4.
